Storefront Criteria

The Storefront Expression design intent is to create a unique, seamless flow from the storefront entry to the common area – and create an extraordinary customer experience. We highly encourage a strong focal point element immediately through the entry doors to help draw people into the premises both visually and physically.

Where a storefront currently exists, the Tenant may be required to replace or refurbish the storefront with:

  1. Wood, stone, tile, metal, or stucco
  2. Matte finish powder coating of existing storefront
  3. Full height glazing with beveled butt joints. Glazing can only consist of Starphire Ultra-Clear Glass by PPG Architectural Glass, or Solarban 60 Insulating Glass with Starphire Ultra-Clear Glass
  4. Landscaping with Landlord review and approval

Prohibited Storefront Materials and Conditions

  1. Storefront glazing must not be reflective or frosted
  2. Storefront glazing must not be back painted, blacked out, tinted, or include spandrel glass
  3. Center jambs at double doors are not permitted
  4. No unfinished edges shall be left exposed
  5. Storefront metal that “oil cans”
  6. Window graphics
  7. High gloss finishes
  8. Inconsistent caulk joints
  9. Plastic laminates
  10. Vinyl
  11. Textured paint, stucco, shingles, cork, carpet
  12. Mirrors
  13. Plywood or MDF
  14. Corrugated plastic, metal, or fiberglass
  15. Lighting that flashes or blinks
  16. Track lighting
  17. Pots
  18. Blinds
  19. Thresholds
  20. Chrome
